AVALON

Avalon is a mixed-use development owned by North American Properties. As part of the company’s desire to serve a growing, changing community, they recognized that they needed to find ways to entertain young children and families. Their solution: an indoor/outdoor play area where families can rest and play together all year long.

“Soft Play is known for being innovative and creative,” says Liz Gillespie, Partner and VP of Marketing. “They create the best play areas around.”

THE PAVILION AT PORT ORANGE

After years of successfully sponsoring the play area, Halifax Health opted to not only renew its play area sponsorship at the Pavilion at Port Orange, but also worked with Soft Play to create a brand-new play experience for the community. The new play area boasts a backyard theme with a large treehouse, rock bridge, frog, boat, and flowers.

“Working with Soft Play is great,” says Mandy York, Marketing Director with CBL Properties, Inc. “They’ve always been wonderful.”

FREEDOM CROSSING AT FORT BLISS

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) has always sought to deliver high-quality shopping experiences for the Army and Air Force families they serve, but several years ago, they began developing plans to deliver something more.

“We wanted to deliver an experience that supports a sense of family and bonding. We looked at retail trends in the industry and decided to pilot lifestyle centers at three different bases,” says Joe Giuffreda, VP of Community Development for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. “Soft Play responded quickly, professionally, and made our deadlines, which was a challenge. They provided the whole package.”
